WWE Raw Result And Report For 04 September 2023: Highlight, Match Ratings, Winners And Losers

WWE Raw put out one of the best shows of the year so far, with many feuds from Payback still continuing. Some superstars who did not get their chance to highlight their influence on Payback did so in tonight’s episode of Raw. With Fastlane fast approaching, it will be interesting to see which feuds make it to the PPV. These were the results and highlights of tonight’s show:

  1. Riddle and Drew McIntyre vs. the Viking Raiders

A match that began very late had all the fireworks possible. A tornado tag match is one where all four competitors can remain in the ring at the same time. With Drew McIntyre holding his own. Magic happened when the crowd started chanting tables, and their wish was approved. Kofi Kingston looked to settle old scores with the Viking Raiders but accidentally hit his finisher on Riddle, allowing the Raiders to pick up the win.

Winner: The Viking Raiders

  1. Ricochet vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

This was a fun match, with Shinsuke Nakamura working the crowd with his heel persona. The conclusion came early, as the King of Strong Style was disqualified for using a chair. Nakamura was also challenged by Seth Rollins, adding to their feud.

Winner: Ricochet

  1. Shayna Baszler vs. Zoey Stark

Bragging rights are what this match was about. Zoey Stark is now pitched as a baby face, but Shayna proved to be just too much for Zoey Stark. The finish came when Baszler beautifully countered a senton into her finisher.

Winner: Shayna Baszler

  1. Chelsea Green vs. Raquel Rodriguez

The powerhouse proved just too much for Chelsea Green. It was all over after Rodriguez hit her patented power bomb.

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez

  1. Sami Zayn vs. JD McDonagh

McDonagh got the better of Zayn after a distraction from Dirty Dom allowed the former to hit a roll-up for a pinfall.

Winner: JD McDonagh
