Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Explains Why She Didn’t Attend Her Father’s New Wedding

9 months ago By Sports Desk

During the weekend, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, a WWE Hall of Famer, got married for the third time. The wedding took place in Clearwater, Florida, at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church, and he exchanged vows with his partner, Sky Daily, who is a yoga instructor.

Hogan’s daughter, Brooke, was notably absent from the event, and she took to Instagram to explain her situation. The 35-year-old blonde beauty posted on Instagram on Tuesday to clarify her absence and prevent any unwarranted speculation while emphasizing her need for privacy.

She began her message by acknowledging that families undergo constant changes over the years, which is a common experience. She added that her family has also gone through significant changes, all of which have occurred in the public eye. Navigating these changes has been challenging for her.

Brooke continued by stating that, for her well-being and happiness, she has chosen to create some distance between herself and her family. Instead, she is focusing on people and pursuits that bring healing and align with her personal beliefs, goals, and values.

In a positive conclusion to her heartfelt message, Brooke expressed her well-wishes for her father, saying, “I wish him well,” and added a heart emoji.

Brooke is the first child of Hulk Hogan and his first wife, Linda Hogan, who were married from 1983 to 2009. The former couple also has a 33-year-old son named Nick, who attended his father’s wedding ceremony with his partner, Tana Lea.

Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, married Jennifer McDaniel in 2010 but filed for divorce in October 2021, shortly before beginning a relationship with Sky Daily.

During the wedding ceremony, Hulk Hogan shared with guests how he met Sky. He revealed that he bought her a drink during a night out with Nova, who encouraged him to ask Sky out on a proper date. Hogan celebrated his birthday by sharing a rare photo of himself and Sky Daily on Instagram.

Brooke’s Instagram post followed Hulk Hogan’s recent wedding to the 45-year-old yoga instructor in Clearwater, Florida, in an intimate ceremony. A friend of Hulk Hogan described the event as low-key and filled with love, emphasizing that both Hogan and Sky Daily were incredibly happy. Unfortunately, Brooke did not attend the wedding.

It’s worth noting that Brooke has been a steadfast supporter of her father in the past.
